Long before San Bernardo became the ice cream served in some of the country’s most beloved restaurants, it was a family pushcart business rooted in Hispanic tradition - built on the simple idea that ice cream should make people pause, smile, and stay a little longer.
That sentiment shaped our neighborhood scoop shops throughout South Florida, where friends and families gathered over towering ensaladas, giant cones, batidos, and tropical flavors like guava, coconut, mango, and mamey. More than 50 years later, that same spirit still shapes every flavor we make.
Today, SB Ice Cream, the super-premium San Bernardo line, remains family-owned and committed to crafting delicious ice cream that makes dessert something worth remembering.
